 | The best network is one that allows the highest number of people to be connected to each other and to actively cooperate in order to successfully achieve their purposes, allowing each individual to develop their talents, their passions and their roles! We see no future for travel agencies whose owners must be all-round experts (travels, Internet, marketing, sales, accounting, etc...), as we see no future for networks whose managers decide on everything and force others to passively follow the line. We believe in networks that succeed in developing an open collaborative platform, consisting of tools, resources and rules that allow everyone to cooperate actively and real-time in selling, creating tourism products and/or marketing strategies, while being constantly in contact and interacting with other members of the same network! We believe that the individual alone will have less and less chances of succeeding in a field like tourism, where being a travel agent does not mean being an expert in a destination any more, but rather having skills in communications, marketing, sales, Internet, accounting, legal matters, technology, etc.. Therefore, being impossible to be all-round experts, the solution is found in the implementation of a network that allows giving and receiving the skills needed to develop your own dream idea in tourism! Thanks to the web all this is already feasible and tourism is the perfect field to derive its maximum benefits! | |
